Lone Tree Communities is a residential development firm dedicated to the Lone Tree pipeline of projects. Our role is to take each community from the point of entitlements through construction and close out. This includes the sale and disposition of all constructed units.

Inasmuch as we build throughout the US, we partner with local general contractors and real estate professionals who carry out the work of production and sales in each community.
