Josh is a Partner in Lone Tree Companies and the CEO of Lone Tree Facilities Management, focusing on the long-term assets of the Lone Tree portfolio.

As an entrepreneur and businessman, Josh successfully founded and exited a number of companies related to the housing industry: a construction and tile installation company, a remote camp housing development firm, and a property management company.

His experience makes him uniquely qualified to lead Lone Tree Facilities Management and add annuity value to the pipeline of projects.

Outside work, Josh can be found spending time with his wife of 23 years and four beautiful children.
