Carter is a partner in Lone Tree Companies and the CEO of Lone Tree Communities., which focuses on the horizontal and vertical development of the Lone Tree pipeline of projects.

Having worked for multiple public home builders, Carter has a deep background in residential development, with experience in community planning and strategic sourcing.

In addition to his  home building experience, Carter recently exited as CEO of a marketing company where he spent over 10 years focused on process building and strategic growth.

​

Outside of work, Carter can be found running, snowboarding, fishing, or just spending time with his 5 kids and wife of 25 years.
